Shrink Wrapping

Shrink wrapping is perfect for odd shaped items.  The shrink plastic will conform to nearly any shape.  We can also take any product, any size and combine them together with our flexible Shrink Wrap machines.  This offers a secure package that will form a combination unit package.

Poly Bag Packaging

We offer various Poly Bagging services.  Poly Bagging  is great for Hardware Kits, Unit Packaging, and miscellaneous Assembly Parts Kitting.  Various bag sizes, styles, and label designs are available.  Our team will work with you to customize the design to meet your needs.

Kit Packaging

With Kit Packaging we can combine any quantity and size of parts together in a single Kit Package  including miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets.  Typical examples are furniture assembly kits, trailer hitch kits, etc...

Blister Pack

This type of packaging is great for packaging  display oriented products.  This system offers great visibility of your product to the customer.  The assembly consists of a clear plastic cover attached to your custom designed card stock backer.  Each product receives a customized die platform specific to the product needs.   

Skin Packaging

This is an alternative to Blister Packaging.  It provides high visibility to your product in the consumer products industry.  The assembly consists of your custom designed card stock backer with a layer of clear shrink plastic tightly formed to your product.  Skin Packaging can be ideal for odd shaped items.

Light Assembly

We offer various assembly operations to meet your needs.  We'll take your bulk parts and assemble to your specifications.  You can then combine the assembly operation with the final packaging operation of your choice.

Automated Packaging Line

This high speed packaging is great for large volume, accurate counting of a variety of parts or single items.  This system is able to customize your Unit Package to any size as small as a 3"x3" bag or up to a 24" long, 8" wide bag for those hard to package items.

We can print your logo, information, and barcode on a clear, white, or combo film in a variety of colors.  This system is also capable of counting and packing in cartons.

Rust Proof & VCI Packaging

This type of packaging is used for items that are prone to rust easily such as untreated or plain metal parts.

Product Warehousing

L&L Packaging can provide warehousing for your product.  This can serve as a product buffer for upcoming packaging jobs. We can store your product and/or your custom packaging materials (bags, boxes, etc.) until you need them.  This allows you to just call, email, or fax your order to us and we'll do all the rest.  We can also store your finished product and ship when needed direct to your customer, saving you time and money.

Inventory is managed by a computerized warehouse management system.  We can provide you with a current inventory record as needed.

Quality Control

Each order is inspected before shipment.  100% inspection processing is also available.  Our quality control system offers traceability.

Shipping and Receiving

We offer local pickup and delivery of your material or we can ship via common carrier as you desire.  We will use your company's shipping documents if needed.
